FRENCH processor Guyader has launched a new name, new packaging and new recipe for its range of 150g and 100g pots of rillettes de poisson (fish patés), aiming to accentuate its positioning as a premium product. The range is now called Les Rillettes Savoureuses (tasty patés), and the new packaging includes a photo of the product spread on bread. The company has also added a new sardines-based paté to the range, entitled Les Rillettes de Sardines au sel de Guérande.
