VICIUNAI is aiming to wow the crowds this month at both the prestigious Conxemar expo in Vigo, Spain, and France’s SIAL 2008 show, with an array of new products – including an eight-strong range of seafood in oil. All varieties offer a tempting mix of seafood combined with cheese or vegetables, are packed in sealed trays, and have a 60-day shelf-life.

Each portion weighs 250g, and the assortment comprises: seafood cocktail with mussels in oil; seafood cocktail with feta cheese in oil; surimi mini paprika shrimps in oil; surimi maxi paprika shrimps in oil; squid rings with spices in oil; shrimps with spices in oil; seafood cocktail with Patagonian squid tentacles; and squid cocktail with vegetables and lemon.

Other
