Cermaq chairman: Molvik decision 'a very easy process'

Cermaq Chairman Yu Sato told IntraFish Thursday the decision to name Geir Molvik CEO of the group following Hindar's departure was "a very easy process."

"We strongly believe Geir is the right man to take over," Sato said. "He has extensive experience, great knowledge and a vast network. He is the perfect candidate to replace Jon.

Sato praised Hindar's work as CEO.

"Hindar has done a great job by Mitsubishi's estimation," he said. "[We] greatly appreciate his efforts."
