Aker Seafoods Holding, a wholly owned subsidiary of Norway’s Aker Group, has transferred 31.5 million shares in Aker Seafoods, equaling 64.9 percent of the outstanding shares and votes, to Aker Capital Fund (ACF).
Aker holds all voting rights in ACF.
The transaction is part of Aker's previously announced efforts to simplify the organization of its business activities. The shares in Aker Seafoods subject to the transaction will be added to Aker's portfolio of financial holdings.
This transaction was made as a contribution in kind on the basis of a share price of NOK 7.39
