Baptised Manapany, the 90 meter-long ship, is ready to start fishing yellowfin, skipjack and big eye tuna tuna in the Indian Ocean, Sapmer said. Once caught, the fish will be frozen onboard at minus-40 degrees Celsius and shipped solely as sashimi-quality products.
