SYSCO adds to its seafood team

Vidrine last week was named director of sourcing for the seafood department, replacing Kristin Caffey, now the director of sourcing for poultry.

Rick Fox and Diane Calvert joined SYSCO’s seafood team, the company told IntraFish on Monday.

Fox is serving as product manager for the seafood division. A native of Oregon, he began his career in the seafood industry as a deckhand. Eventually he moved to processing, sales and procurement. He joined SYSCO Seattle five years ago as a category analyst for protein.
